• Lead/manage a team of Quantity Surveyors in the administration and review of procurement and contract management
• Supervision and monitor progress of the project on-site, perform on-going cost analysis and ensure project schedule is being met.
• Coordinate with contractor and/or suppliers on all project implementation and attend site meetings whenever required.
• Implementation of contracts administration procedure to ensure proper documentation of records.
• Prepare list of prequalified bidders for procurement-bid invitations, comparison, negotiation and awarding contract agreement to sub-contractors and/or suppliers.
• Review tender documents and drawing
• Other tasks assigned by respective superiors, settlement of final accounts and submission for all tendering

Job Description

1. Project management of building construction projects.

2. Oversee end to end building construction process.

3. Responsible for all site implementations and completion that meets management set targets and client’s expectations, and compliance to authorities’ regulations.

4. Responsible for project planning, cost control and project documentation.

5. Provide direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub- contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on the schedule of works.

6. Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.

7. Ensure quality of works is achieved, safety and environmental regulations are met.

8. Lead a team of project staff.

Job requirements:

1. Minimum N Level or GCE O Level with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in construction firm and or Civil Engineering.

2. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

3. Demonstrated experience in building construction project management relating to all operational and administration procedures.

4. Class 3 driving license.

Requirements

· Preferably Diploma or ITE in related Engineering

· Min 2-3 years relevant experience required

· Knowledge in Lighting Control System function will be advantage.

· Proficient in AutoCAD & Electrical schematic drawings

· Independently performing tender process and manage project timeline

· Self-initiative, hard-working and able to perform overtime if necessary

· Training will be provided
