Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience for Assistant Finance Manager in property management accounting or real estate accounting, preferably in real estate private equity, REIT or other real estate investment companies, with auditing and commercial experience
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
