• To furnish incident reports in the event of fire and other related emergencies, including fire drills and table-top exercise;
• To train, coordinate and supervise the Company Emergency Response Team for the premises in first-aid, fire-fighting and evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies;
• To train the occupants in the premises in first aid, fire-fighting and evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies;
• To advise and recommend a list of fire-fighting equipment for the Company Emergency Response Team;

Job Responsibilities:

· To assist the Resident Engineer in supervision and inspection of architectural works on site

· To inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishing materials delivered to site, and quality of workmanship

· To ensure timely submission of shop drawings, technical submittals and material samples by the contractors

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for E&M specifications.
• To conduct feasibility studies and writing procurement reports
• To apply Value Management techniques at the outset of a project and where appropriate involve Turner & Townsend’s specialist Value Management team.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Project and Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil and Structural Engineering, Building or Quantity Surveying;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in consultant Quantity Surveying (QS) firms or consultant E&M firms or developer organisation or contractor’s firm; and
• Preferably with proficiency in Building Information Modelling (BIM) Quantity Take-off (QTO).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act
