Roles & Responsibilities

Key job responsibilities
As part of the AWS real estate and colocation legal team, you will be responsible for supporting AWS's APJ data center expansion through land acquisitions, leases and licenses with services agreements. You will have transactional drafting and negotiating responsibilities on deals, and will provide legal counsel and contract interpretation to business team members on a daily basis. Transactions range from standard contracts to complex, bespoke, high value agreements. • Assists the Condominium Manager in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the assigned condominium.
