• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements performed on ACMV systems.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices in all ACMV-related activities.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation as required by management.
• Conduct training sessions for staff to raise awareness about proper usage and maintenance of ACMV systems.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in ACMV technology and share relevant knowledge with the team.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Higher Nitec or Nitec in Engineering with minimum 5 years relevant experience in the maintenance of M&E systems or its equivalent work
• Previous experience in the maintenance, repair, and installation of ACMV systems is essential.
• Possess relevant specialist certification showing maintenance competency from a accredited local training agency,
• Familiarity with different types of air-conditioning systems, ventilation systems, and their components.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to ACMV systems and other M&E systems.
• Proficiency in using relevant tools, equipment, and software for maintenance and diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines.
• Possession of Class “3” driving license is an added advantage.

Job Description & Requirements

Coordinate and Monitor all Architecture trade

• Submission of sample/ shop drawing/ catalogues & technical documents for consultants approval and keep track of all approvals , feedback/ comments form consultants for subsequence processing
• Coordinate with others discipline (Structure and M&E) for all technical issues found in construction drawings
• Check all drawings and prepare RFI for all discrepancies
• Coordinate and submit all materials to consultant for approval
• Coordinate with VDC/ BIM team for all Architecture setting out issue
• Prepare work method of statement for submission
• Coordinate with subcon for trade demo before start works
• Ensure all work with proper inspection records by RTO
• Control the registration and distribution of architectural construction drawings and revision
• To manage the quality control QA/QC works to achieve CONQUAS score
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by Project Manager

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• At least 3 years of local working experience in the Architectural Coordination works
• Proficient in AutoCAD, basic knowledge for BIM software like Revit
• Able to lead and work independently

Responsibilities:

• Formulating budgets, quotes, and cost estimates for building projects.
• Examining and settling agreements with vendors and contractors.
• Executing feasibility studies to assess the practicality of projects.
• Giving clients advice on ways to minimize costs.
• Creating tender documentation and assessing bids
• Assure that corporate policies and safety regulations are followed.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying, construction or it's equivalent
• At least 2 years related working experience
• Previous experience in commercial renovation project is an added advantage
• Able to work in a team
