Position: Customer Service cum Admin Assistant

Salary Range: $1,800 - $2,600

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for FREE Mini installations at customers' homes.
• Achieve targets set for arranging appointments.
• Plan, set, and arrange routes by region/area for weekly installation and servicing schedules.
• Attend to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring closure of all cases.
• Send out reminders and confirmations to customers regarding installation and servicing.
• Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
• Provide basic solutions to customers over phone calls to rectify issues. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, arrange for a technician to visit and resolve the case, ensuring closure.
• Encourage customers to leave positive reviews on our purchase and social platforms.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Nursing & Daycare Manager, you are responsible for the maintenance of a clean, orderly, and safe environment and the performance of patient care under the supervision of the Registered / Enrolled Nurse.

Responsibilities:

• Keep active measures to ensure the safety of patients under supervision of the Registered Nurse as required.
• Actively attend to the patients’ self-care needs including elimination, nail and oral hygiene maintenance.
• Assist with mobility needs of patients as well as transfer and mobilise the patient as required.
• Assist as van escort helping patients to and fro from the Hospice.
• Measure and record patient's weight, temperature and blood pressure as required.
• Look after the patient's dietary and feeding requirements, including taking meal order, serving meal and drinks, as well as assist with the feeding of patient if patient unable to do so.
• Be responsible for food pantry including the safe storing of food items, checking on stock level and ensuring the quality of food for safe consumption.
• Upholds standards in infection control by means of standard precautions, hand hygiene, proper waste disposal and isolation practices.
• Assist with administrative duties such as data entry and filing of documents etc.
• Assist with filing of documents.
• Report occurrences and patient observations to the Registered Nurse promptly.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation at all times.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in matters involving patient care.
• Maintain a conducive and safe patient care environment.
• Undertake to keep oneself well informed of the updated industry guidelines and develop new skills that are necessary for the job.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Registered Nurse, or Day Care Manager.

Requirements:

• At least possess a GCE N Level or Certificate in Health Care Assistant or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience as a Patient Care Assistant.
• Passion to serve.
• Processes strong sense of responsibility for safety, patient, considerate and courteous towards patients
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Process taxi bookings, handle taxi related enquiries.
• Perform Service Recovery for Taxi and Bus Operations
• Attend to level 1 customer service feedback, complaint and lost & found matters from the respective stakeholders
• Liaise with authorities, building owners and hotels on mass taxi bookings and bus operations.
• Working in a call centre environment.

Technical Skills

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/Nitec in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s): Computer, Microsoft Office, and general technical knowledge.
• Required to travel Overseas. And able to travel on short notice.
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday. 9am to 6pm)
• Able to Standby and work on weekend.
• Able to work long hours on occasional basis.
• Candidates must have 1 – 2 years of experience for Assistant Service Engineer position
• Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience for Service Engineer position

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer support for company products in-house servicing/ Calibration activities.
• Prepare Service jobs and machine parts quotation instruction to Administrator.
• Submit warranty claims to factory on behalf of customer.
• To travel to customer site to perform installation, commissioning, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repairs of company products.
• Answer customer questions relating to technical and service problems with tactful and courtesy.
• Practice continuous improvement by staying up to date with new knowledge of equipment modifications, new systems, and related technical information.
• Take initiative to inform customers of additional services or refers product sales opportunities to the sales team.
• Share customer feedback to colleagues to innovate and create positive long-term benefits.
• Basic Management of all resources, materials and equipment required for each project to deliver the project effectively and efficiently.
