• Must be very responsive to guest requests and be able to communicate easily with them in English. A second language is a plus.
• Must be able to work a flexible shift. Bending and lifting are part of the job.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, maintain positive guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.

Job scope:

• Answer phone calls and enquiries
• Maintaining, Prepare and arrange job schedules
• Liaise with clients & technicians for appoints
• Apply PTWs with Mall managements
• Maintaining client relationships and retention
• Preparing/sending invoices
• Maintaining company clients portfolio
• Tabulate Monthly sales/service reports
• Assist Accts to Follow up and chase payment
• Assist in Contract and quotation drafting
