Job Summary:

Coordinate and enhance logistical processes, inventory management, and repair administration to optimize efficiency and compliance

Job Scope:

• Streamline logistics distribution processes for increased efficiency and reduced time consumption.
• Support the Service Center by managing inventory, verifying delivery documents, overseeing spare parts conditions and quantities, preparing picking lists, conducting cycle counting, and handling order fulfillment.
• Assist Admin Supervisor in repair administration duties, including managing repair files in ERP and generating reports for data analysis.
• Implement modifications in processes and products.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in product quality and work environment.
• Efficiently handle shipment and receipt of goods to and from the entity.
• Monitor shipping validity dates, debits, duties, and tariffs, ensuring compliance with import and export regulations.
• Communicate issues and provide feedback to superiors for enhanced productivity.

Requirement:

• Min 2-5 years of experience in logistics coordination, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using WMS & ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant logistics software.
• Familiarity with import and export regulations, duties, tariffs, and the ability to ensure compliance with government institutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Executive to help shape our organisation’s customer-centric culture and champion efforts to make every customer interaction unforgettable and positively impactful!

Responsibilities

• Study and map as-is customer experiences, interactions, and touchpoints to gain a comprehensive understanding of the existing customer journeys
• Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement and recommend strategic solutions to enhance overall experience
• Understand customer needs and adopt a pro-active approach to maintain and build positive experiences
• Assist in establishing processes for collecting and analysing customer feedback, surveys and data analytics to gain insights into customer behaviour and preferences, and drive data-driven decision making
• Implement service quality standards and processes, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Technology & Data team to identify and implement customer-centric technologies and tools that enhance the customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive implementation of improvement initiatives and address potential challenges and resistance to change that may arise during the implementation
• Assist in developing and delivering training programmes to empower employees across the organisation to deliver exceptional customer service
• Analyse training effectiveness through performance metrics, customer feedback, and service quality evaluations
• Proactively address customer issues and concerns by ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
• Propose innovative ideas and strategies to adapt to changing customer preferences and needs
• Prepare regular reports and presentations, highlighting progress and areas for improvement, to the management
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in customer experience management
• Support and execute any ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned or required

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience design and journey mapping or related role, preferably with a track record of implementing successful customer experience strategies
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and possess effective leadership and influencing skills to collaborate and build cross-functional relationships
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer experience software applications (e.g. Freshdesk, PowerBI)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and extract actionable insights
• Proactive, self-motivated and keen learner with the ability to work well in a team or independently
• Adaptable to changes in a highly dynamic work environment

Job Description

Customer Service Officers (Full time)

The Write Connection is a premier learning centre in Singapore. Our Customer Service Officers (CSOs) are among the best in the industry as we hold them to high standards to deliver premium service to our customers.

Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• 1 weekday off; 1 rest day
• +/- 2-hour meeting per week

Work Location

Work location is subject to operational needs. You need to be comfortable with travelling to branches around Singapore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Customer Service

• Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers
• Promote TWC programmes to potential and existing customers
• Build relationships with our customers
• Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly
• Perform and manage sales transaction effectively and promptly

Administrative Duties

• Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers
• Responsible for center's inventory and simple logistics
• Other administrative and ad hoc duties, e.g. filing documents

Job Requirements

• Have minimum GCE 'A' levels or Diploma qualifications
• Possess at least 2 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Candidates who are proficient with MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets) would have added advantage
• Possess excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Able to display effective and efficient customer service abilities
• Possess good work ethics (e.g. Integrity, professionalism, committed to excellence)
• Willing to be trained according to TWC ethos and SOPs
• Able to work independently and also a team player
• Open to be deployed at other centers due to work exigencies

Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, including verification of New Business cases
• Taking call back requests during peak hours
• Managing outgoing mails, ensuring timely hand over to mailroom
• Supporting the CSEs in other admin duties

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, including call handling
• Good listening skills
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm
