Full-Time Customer Service Officer (Bowling)
Job Highlights:
- 5 days week (Monday to Friday)
- Bowling shifts: 9.00 am to 6.15 pm / 10.45 am to 8.00 pm / 1.45 pm to 11.00 pm / 4.00 pm to 1.15 am
- Monthly laundry allowance provided
- Shift allowance provided where applicable
- Shuttle bus transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station. Cab service will be provided for late shift till 1.15 am
- Work location at Changi Coast Walk.
Job Description:
- Handle daily operations and maintaining of facilities within the Bowling Centre;
- Handle Cashier Counter during operation and reconcile daily payment balance;
- Maintain relationship with the Club’s Members, guests and members of public by providing good customer service;
- Ensure compliance to established rules of the game bowling league / competitions;
- Update and maintain bowlers’ record and result e.g., handicaps, league results, competition results and championship results;
- Assist Supervisor in checking and maintaining stock, equipment stationery level for daily operation;
- Handle enquiries bookings organizing billing for corporate events and submit monthly report.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level with 1 year of relevant experience;
- Basic computer knowledge;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays.
