• Salary: $2000 – 3800
• Work Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
• Working hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm | alt Sat 9am – 1pm
• You will be part of the Co-Loading team in charge of providing seamless and customer-focused solutions through our various airline products.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in daily bookings of cargo sales on our various airline products
• Booking of capacity with airlines and confirmation of capacity with customers.
• Be familiar with the requirements of our various airline products and advise our customers accordingly.
• Assist in administration of cargo bookings, e.g. loading flight reservations into system / template and ensuring all data are accurately updated.
• Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
• Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
• Maintain good relationships with both customers and handle customers' enquiries on a timely basis
• Work closely with Billing Team to provide accurate data for invoicing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year of working experience in the related field, e.g. airfreight customer service, co-loading etc.
• Familiar with Cargo Community Network (CCN) system.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Candidate may be required to work on shift and weekends.
