Requirements:

• Possess Call Centre / Customer Service experience
• No experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented
• A good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work on weekends (Will have some weekends off)

• Working Hour: Office Hour / 5 Days Work Week including weekends

• Salary: Up to $3100/mth + OT + AWS + VB

Job Scope:

• Handle walk-in customer
• Understand customer needs and provide solution
• Answer phone call, reply email, reply live chat
• Provide advice to customer in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in generating daily, weekly and monthly reports as and when required
