Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn IT Support Engineer (Level 1) to join our Client. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with a passion for technology and problem-solving, even if they have little to no prior experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, or ticketing system.

Job Description

1.Multimedia Production

• Produce multimedia content for school.
• Provide videography/photography/animation support for coverage of school events and functions and provide editing.

2. Multimedia Administration (Support Teaching and Learning)
