Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Trading Floor IT Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our trading floor operations, ensuring the smooth running of our systems and applications.
You will act as the first point of contact for all trading floor IT issues, aiming to resolve all desktop issues within one hour whilst delivering world-class customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities:
