c. Ensure that comfort, personal hygiene, and the safety needs of the residents are attended to.

d. Monitor the residents to ensure that they are physically safe and do not partake in any risky behaviour or activities which may cause themselves or others physical injury – especially during playtime.

e. Monitor & report to the Assistant Manager and Director of Care & Development of any complaints from residents, family members, volunteers or visitors to the Home.

i. Carry out operational interventions according to Care Plan
