A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

As a member of the Service Desk team, this position serves as a single point of contact for all IT issues and requests reported by users through the different support channels (phone, email, Self-Service Portal, Tech Concierge Desk). Attend field service ticket assigned by helpdesk, working on the ticket with status update, interrupt the ticket whenever necessary, close ticket when done with resolution. Follow up with interrupt tickets. Maintain a good manner for parts handling, for return & disposal.

Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises.
