RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare service and spare parts quotations to customers enquiries

- Performing service tasks like in-house repair and on-site commissioning for various gas and water quality analyzer, CEMS and AQMS.

- Troubleshooting analyzer & advising customers on the best solutions in accordance with standard procedures and safety guidelines of HORIBA

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification)

- Preferably 2-3 years working experience or more in the analytical instruments or related field.

- Knowledge on gas analyzers, CEMS and water quality analyzer would be advantageous.

- Customer oriented with positive attitude

- Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• User Support - Respond to IT-related inquiries from end-users. Provide prompt and effective technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
