Customer Experience Executive (Automotive)
Overview:
· 5.5-day Alternate Saturday
Monday to Thursday : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Friday : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Alternate Saturday : 8.30 am to 12.30 pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing all frontline operation in an efficient manner.
- To meet Customer requirements and Principal standard.
- To achieve KPIs target set for all Upselling Programs.
- Liaise with the Workshop-in-charge at all times to ensure smooth process flow until the vehicle has delivery after repair.
- Coordinate service operation matters with other franchises (Ad hoc basis).
- Manage WIP invoicing.
- Achieving quality service and maintaining good customer relations.
- Attend to all complaint/feedback related to customer issue.
- Monitor KPIs target set for all the up-selling program and take initiative to meet or exceed the targets.
- Assist in rolling out new program to up-sell new product within the centre.
- Assist in overseeing of on-time delivery of repair vehicle.
- Participate in Ad-hoc Project.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and is a strong team player
- Valid driver’s license
