Job Responsibilities

• Handling shipping & billing processing via the system.
• Ensuring documents are properly completed by compliances and shipment release on a timely basis.
• Handling and liaising with Order Management, Finance (outstanding AR), Trade Compliance, and Operation teams to follow up on shipment, delivery & billing through the system.
• Review commercial clauses, handle type of bonds with the bank, Letter of Credit negotiation with bank, issue chambered origin, etc.
• Ensure all related billing issuance are issued accurately, provide complete supporting billing documents to the customer, meet the customer's contract/payment terms, and ensure each set of payment collection is reasonably assured.
• Liaise with the internal A/R Collections team and customer to resolve any variances whenever queries arise.
• Able to communicate well with all the partners to ensure smooth execution of shipment & billing according to established guidelines.
• Ensure all documents are filed according to the Record Retention Policy.

• Diploma / Degree
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle software (will be an added advantage)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The Position

• Build and maintain relationships with customers

• Meticulous: As you will be dealing with highly valuable items, you are to be meticulous and diligent in all aspects of the role, e.g., conducting inventory audits, testing the authenticity of the precious metal product, handling cash, etc.
• Versatile: You are required to switch between speaking with customers, to hands-on operational work, to desk-bound administrative work throughout the day.
• Great Communicator: You need to be proficient in verbal and written English to communicate effectively with our customers. Fluency in additional languages and/or dialects is a plus. (Good communication skills in other language and/or dialects language to build and maintain relationships with other customers) As part of an integrated and international team, you are furthermore encouraged to communicate openly and directly across all levels of the organization.

Location & Work hours

The job location is BullionStar's bullion shop, showroom and vault at 45 New Bridge Road. This bustling location is located in between Chinatown and Clarke Quay with the Clarke Quay MRT located just across the road making commuting easy.

5-day work week, 1 Saturday inclusive.

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary is SGD 2,700 - SGD 4,000 depending on your knowledge, competence, experience and skills plus one month's bonus, reimbursement of medical bills and access to an employee health and fitness benefit program.

Role & responsibilities:

• Support the Senior/ Service & Commissioning Engineer on site.
• Provide technical expertise and carryout service order assignments from the Service & Commissioning Manager/ Service & Commissioning Coordinator
• Field representative of the company to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, repair, test, and return equipment to service as required or instructed by a service order in a safe and effective manner.
• Create daily reports about the performed service tasks and all related issues and send them to the Service Mailbox
• Complete all the required documentation & write reports regarding the work

Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in Electrical & Electronic or equivalent
• Good, basic, technical insight into electrical, hydraulic and basic mechanical engineering fundamentals
