• You will be responsible to manage a full set of Import/Export, Letter of Credit, and banking documents.
• To resolve problems, make informed decisions and manage the customer wisely to achieve maximum results independently.
• Prepare an accurate and complete range of shipping documents, including Invoice.
• Review all documents to ensure compliance with Sales terms, L/C terms, and customer requirements.
• Follow up on deposit/LC issuance to ensure required payments are received before shipment.
