Customer Service Executives are key to supporting the daily operations of the business and managing customer service relationships. The primary responsibilities include:

• Assist in the day to day administration of the centre (roster, scheduling, payments, etc.)
• Assist in student enrolments (enquiries, assessments, registration, etc.)
• Assist in scheduling classes to ensure optimal use of resources (classrooms, materials, etc.)
• Record keeping
• Establishing excellent rapport with parents, children and teachers
• Responsible for maintaining brand standards (image and presentation, safety and hygiene)
• Ensuring a positive and nurturing learning environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 'N' Level
• Training will be provided
• Speak standard English (required)
• Bilingualism is an advantage

Flexible working arrangement:

• Min 6 months commitment
• Min 3 working days in a week
• Mon to Fri: 1pm to 9pm ($12 per hour)
• Sat and Sun: 9am to 6:30pm ($15 per hour)

Job Description

• Provide on-site and/or remote technical assistance to end-users, diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical problems
• Deployment, maintenance, upgrading and support of client computer systems (hardware, software, OS, network, etc.)

Job Description:

• Answer all incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, recording relevant details for follow-up by appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to draft proposals based on provided information.
• Generate and process invoices, as well as compile monthly reports for billing purposes.
• Maintain and organize filing systems and relevant software to ensure accurate record-keeping of information. e. Support the Customer Service Manager in overseeing daily operational tasks within the team.
• Assist in managing customer care activities, including addressing feedback and complaints, and compiling market intelligence for marketing efforts.
• Update and manage customer databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information.
• Coordinate with various departments, such as logistics and operations, to fulfill customer requirements and ensure smooth service delivery.

• Minimum Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Good communication skills and pleasant personality
