Duties of Customer Service Executive:

• Coordinate customer orders from start to finish, overseeing the entire order-to-cash process
• Collaborate with various teams to promptly address requests and issues
• Handle return processing and manage price adjustments
• Expedite and monitor customer orders, responding to inquiries via email, WhatsApp, etc.
• Implement corrective measures to address customer concerns and improve order fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with company and business policies, managing open sales orders and ensuring smooth order processing

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Business Admin / Supply Chain
• Minimum of 1 year previous Customer Service experience in an F&B / FMCG environment including management of complex/challenging customer issues

• Manage and provide administrative services (e.g., assisting patients with their appointments and making arrangements pertaining to their medical treatment).

• Perform service recovery such as managing complaints from patients.

• Chaperoning of patients to ensure smooth treatment process.

• Provide administrative support for corporate & insurance patients such as letter of guarantee, insurance forms etc.

• Ensure operability of patient hotline and to attend to enquiries from patients and clinics.

• Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organisation.

• Other duties and projects assigned by your reporting officer as required.

• Cabin crew experience--is a PLUS

• Take charge of overseeing the implementation of fresh digitalization endeavors like the eProcurement System, CCTV, and Access Control System.
• Oversee projects concerning the renovation and cyclical maintenance of Childcare and Student Care Centres, handling all aspects from initial planning to final execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in facility maintenance and renovation.
• Knowledge of Pre-school ECDA Guidelines.
