Job Scope

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum ITE/O Level, certification in hospitality is a plus with one year of work experience
• Candidates with over 2-3 years of customer service experience will be considered for the Executive role
• Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles.

• Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

• Maintain, service and repair the elevators, escalators and mechanical-parking systems.
• Checking, oiling, greasing, mechanical adjustment, trouble-shooting, testing of safety devices.
• Inspection of parts recommendation and replacement in accordance to local code of practice.
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance of Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures.
