Unit Trust Platform Operations

1. Run GYC Risk Matrix, extract fund price and exchange rate

2. Process unit trust trades

3. Run daily holdings and transactions for uploading onto investment platform

4. Prepare payments in DBS Ideal system

5. Generate invoices for financial advisory fees, third party charges, CPF wrap fees

6. Prepare trailer fees

7. Update ledger for DBS Nominees Account

8. Generate and send monthly statement to investment clients

9. Prepare Giro collection for monthly RSP subscription

10. Prepare wrap fees collection for Cash (GYC) and CPF investments

11. Update prospectus, product highlight sheet, annual report onto investment portal

12. Prepare email list for weekly article

Backroom Operations

1. Process daily submission including check documents, data entry, scanning, email duly completed documents to clients

2. Send welcome email to clients

3. Daily AML screening

4. Send premium notices to clients, and follow up with clients

5. Forward notification received from insurers to advisers

6. Update CPD hours record

7. Life insurance commission data entry

8. Liaise with insurers, clients and advisers on outstanding matters

9. Attend to walk-in clients

10. Answering incoming calls and forwarding to relevant departments

11. Responsible for general cleanliness of the front office

DIMA (Stocks)

1. Update PC client ledgers, fund flow, securities schedule, monthly AI info

2. Generate monthly DIMA statement

3. Generate portfolio management fees invoices for DIMA clients

4. Generate invoice for stocks transaction

Requirement

· Highly proficient in Excel

· Detailed and meticulous

· Good administrative skill

· Able to work independently

· Good team player

· Good in spoken and written English

· Remuneration commensurate with experience; range: $2,500 to $3,000

- Perform L1 troubleshooting on IT systems.

- Perform onsite installation / updating of system software or patches.

- Perform periodic preventive maintenance on system.

- Carry out deployment, relocation & decommission of IT system.

- Liaise with 3rd party or equipment vendors to resolve problems.

- Ability to work independantly and manage own's schedule.

- Preferable Nitec / Diploma in IT or Electronics related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Desktop support.
• Experience in assemble and de-assemble Desktop and Laptop computer hardware.
• Troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware.
• Clear understanding and hands-on experience of Microsoft windows client operating system installation, update, upgrade and migration.
• Experience of various application installation and basic troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience on one or more Antivirus application support.
• Basic understanding of networking, hands on network cable crimping and basic troubleshooting.
• Printer troubleshooting, toner replacement.
• Incident and Change Request support to users.
• Fieldwork support.
• Working experience in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experienced to communicate and manage vendor support.
• Focal point to manage and arrange pre-requisites for vendor support, escort and facilitate vendor support as per need.
• Willing to extend standard working hours whenever applicable to ensure IT services are up and running.
• Professional verbal and written communication in English (and other local languages preferred).

About the Role

This role will be responsible for directly assisting an assigned group of local attorneys in addition to providing global team support with a variety of administrative responsibilities, while working in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow). This role will be located in our Singapore office.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
• Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
• Preserving the confidentiality of ours and our clients’ protected information
• Generating, editing, and posting client invoices
