Education Requirement

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), ITIL Foundation Certification, or basic networking certifications (e.g., CCNA) are a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

- Support the implementation of Warranty (Standard and Extended) & Service offerings, analysis & reporting for Regional HQ and subsidiaries in South East Asia

- Support review of Regional Warranty & Service offerings to ensure alignment to market requirements

- Support Regional HQ with analysis & reports as assigned by management

- Review and set up processes, problem-solving and continuous improvement/PDCA

- Provide prompt support to the management and team for any other assignments/duties that are required based on business needs

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in after sales support / warranty

- Keen eye for detail

• In charge of some major account, advise customer of their hardware requirement (e.g: upgrade of Ram, etc)
• Handle customer compliments/complaints, problem-solving, crisis prevention etc.
• Manage projects from end to end, including administering cost budgets.
• To analyze existing processes and suggest/recommend improvement plans to increase productivity/efficiency/cost-effectiveness.
