In this position as an Broking Support Specialist, you will be reporting to the HOD of the International Property team and work alongside with a small team of Brokers and Account Executives. The ideal incumbent will be expected to liaise with 3rd party cedents and be involved in client's renewals, mid-term adjustments, generating broking slips, generating reports and processing of broking documents.

The ideal incumbent will be expected to ensure transactions are conducted with full transparency, maintaining accurate records and dealing with correspondence appropriately.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with the Regional Sales Manager about existing clients and prospects in such a way as to ensure optimal support, both internally and externally.
• Provide information by telephone to clients about business opportunities and lease options.
• Assist with providing rate indications to customers as support in such a way as to ensure the timely and proper provision of proposals.
• Assist in the preparation of lease proposals for potential customers.
• Draft proposals and apply the predetermined price structure, providing an explanation upon request.
• Prepare and send lease contracts for tank containers to existing clients within the scope of agreed framework contracts, and process accepted proposals in the system.
• Maintain proper document filings - hardcopy contracts, lease amendments, related documents, etc.
• Compile the Exposure Reports, Bi-weekly Off-hire Forecast Summary, and monthly activity report.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
• Dealing with hardware and application support queries and issues reported to the support desk and escalated to the Desktop Support Engineers

• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment

• Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards

What You Will Do:

The global platform team at HoYoverse provides common functionalities to all of our products, Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact, Tears of Themis, Zenless Zone Zero, HoYoLab, etc. Our systems include a wide range of modules, such as account, announcement, payment. As a Support Engineer in our global platform team, you will have the unique opportunity to:

• Be the commander of online issues / incidents, find root causes via analysing system metrics or reading application logs, communicate clearly to relevant stakeholders without excessive technical jargon, write retrospect documents to help the team learn from failures.
• Be responsible for the deployment of our services and release of new features to users, and provide support for post-deployment regression testing.
• Continuously improve our application logs and monitoring dashboards by working with backend / infrastructure engineering teams, to detect issues earlier, find root causes faster and reduce false alarms.
• Consolidate common procedures and write SOP documents / monitoring playbook so that the team could apply the same standardised optimal actions when it happens again.
• Identify inefficiencies and potential risks in our processes, and propose improvements to them.

What We Are Looking For:

• Diploma or degree in a program related to Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Familiar with at least 1 programming language, able to write scripts or SQL queries for debugging, monitoring, statistics, etc.
• Familiar with monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, ELK Stack, etc.
• Understanding of software release practices, including but not limited to A/B test, feature flags, grayscale deployment, etc.
• Good communication skills and a strong team player.

Bonus Points:

• Previous working experience or knowledge in banking, finance, fintech or payment, etc.

You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the enquiries to resolution. No two days will ever be the same as you provide exceptional service to all internal stakeholders across Asia. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Acting as the main point of contact for all internal IT questions – providing support to all employees and troubleshooting any issues with their IT systems.
• Completing hardware and software setup and delivery for employees – including equipment for new starters, providing tech support for meeting rooms and assisting with connection to the platform.
• Working with the Asia IT team to identify and deliver solutions and projects that enhance the IT experience for all employees.
• Diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Following standard Service Desk procedures.
• Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention.
• Staying up to date with system information, changes, and updates.
• Support multiple platforms, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and VC equipment.
• Support virtual Windows servers, which include design, deployment, and maintenance.
• Support infrastructure according to best practices, including routers, switches, WIFI controllers and firewalls.
