Reception and Administrative Duties:

Reception:

• Greet visitors and assist contractors/vendors.
• Provide basic first aid to students, escalating serious cases to office staff.
• Handle incidents such as students vomiting, soiling clothes, loaning uniforms, and sewing buttons.
• Distribute Early Dismissal Forms to parents.

Phone Call Duties:

• Answer phone calls, address queries, feedback, and requests.
• Take messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate staff.

Front Desk Admin:

• Issue and collect keys from staff, students, and vendors.
• Manage and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Maintain resource files and the forms cabinet with current forms.
• Operate office equipment (fax, photocopier, etc.).
• Perform other simple administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes, including English.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a school setting.
• First-aid with CPR certification (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal skills, with patience and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Initiative, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking skills during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

• System Operations: Oversee daily operations of critical application systems, ensuring smooth performance and timely completion of maintenance and support tasks.
• Vendor Management: Lead and coordinate with outsourced vendors and in-house contractors to meet operational needs.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify root causes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure fixes meet SLAs and incident management standards.
• User Management: Handle on-/off-boarding of users, manage role changes, and review audit logs for compliance.

Salary: $3000 per month

Contract duration: 6 months or 1 year contract (subject to operations needs & individual performance)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls & site visit to ensure timely consent collection
• Reach out to the respondent from selected establishment to participate and in digital survey data transmission
• Explain survey objectives and procedures to respondent on the confidential database to be extracted
• Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension
• Compile, record, input results and data from interview surveys into the system
• Conduct administrative tracking of the collection progress.
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in administrative & customer service
• Prior experience in call center environment will be beneficial
• Able to work in a fast paced environment & achieved assigned targets/KPIs
• Well spoken & good communication skills
• Proficient in MS office, especially Excel
