Duties and Responsibilities

· Attend to all guests’ check-in by confirming reservations, assigning room, issuing and activating room key.

· Attend to guests’ check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.

· Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.

· Assist guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.

· Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.

· Attend to all guests’ requests and queries promptly, politely and efficiently.

· Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained to ensure guests’ satisfaction.

Requirements

· Previous Front Office experience in a similar environment will be an advantage

· Working knowledge of Opera is preferred

· Team player but also able to work independently

· Customer oriented with a pleasant disposition

· Able to multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment

· Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holiday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible in carrying out routine checks on vehicles and ensure the vehicle is in a working condition.
• Responsible in driving safely to instructed locations in a timely, safe and courteous manner.
• Responsible for ferrying residents to and from school.
• Responsible in arranging for maintenance services of the vehicle and vehicle inspection.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept perfect and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle
• Ensure accurate and complete record in Vehicle Log Book.
• Ensuring timely services, issuing fuel, recording log-books and maintenance and repair/recovery of vehicles.
• Ensure timely conveyance of staff and materials to and from places as instructed by supervisor or the manager.
• Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the Deputy Head (Operations) immediately.
• Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance (if any).
• To carry out any other relevant tasks as required for the Home and PERTAPIS.

Job Requirements

• ‘N’ Level / ‘O’ Level
• Possess a valid class 4A driving license
• Possess a valid vocational license
• Good interpersonal skills, matured and have genuine passion to work with young children

• at PERTAPIS Children’s Home (PCH)
• 993B Kovan Road
• During school term, Mon – Fri: 6.15am to 5.00pm / Non-school term, Mon – Fri: 9.00am – 5.00pm
• Alt Saturday, Mon – Fri: 9.00am – 1.00pm
