• Ensure daily needs of residents are well taken care of
• Motivate residents through their day to day interaction
• Oversee security screening to ensure contrabands are not brought into the house.

Spa Experience Coordinator

• Co Greet guests/members in a friendly and courteous manner
• Answer telephone & e-mail enquiries promptly and professionally; and channel to appropriate person for assistance
• Efficient in assisting guests/members with treatment recommendations and appointment scheduling, facility use enquiries, handling guest feedback and providing directions
• Maximise the appointment book by allocating the right treatment to the right therapist at the right time and at the right rate, through up-selling of treatments
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about current promotions and packages, be proficient in all aspects of treatments and facility
• Operate point of sale system and handle all payment transactions accurately
• Escort guests and giving spa tours, as required
• Adjust service to suit guests’ requests, personalised to meet their needs
• Control entry into all areas of the spa facility by restricting all unauthorized individuals
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of spa reception and other related areas
• Maintain sufficient inventory of supplies for smooth operations of spa reception
• Ensure strict compliance of PCI – privacy of guest information
• Ensure strict compliance for cash float handling
• Work together with colleagues to ensure guests’ satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the spa’s first priority

Requirements:

• Minimum O level education with 5 credits or a diploma
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in 5-star luxury hotel
• Fluent spoken and written English
• People-oriented and a team player
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Personal presentation, clean/tidy

Responsibilities and Duties

• Welcome the customers (students and parents) and visitors.
• Answer enquires raised by visitors and customers. Manage enquiries through telephone, email, website and in person.
• Recruit new students, and make registration.
• Selling pianos and music books.
• Collect fees (tuition fees, instruments selling, books selling etc.) from customers and make proper record.
• Lesson schedule management, include arrangement and maintenance to keep the schedule up to date, clear and effective.
• Maintain attendance record for students and teachers.

Qualifications and Skills

Core Responsibilities

• The incumbent will drive continuous improvement to optimize the End to End Supply Chain till goods are received by our customers. The geographic scope is to serve our Korea and SMTR (SG-MY-Travel Retail) business units and will be based in Singapore.
• The role of a Customer Logistics Manager adds new value by improving overall service to customers, while balancing trade-offs/efficiencies on cash and cost. Key deliverables include:

a) to identify and deliver projects/initiatives in partnership with our customers that enable sales, improve service, cost, cash, and sustainability goals

b) to meet (or exceed) target service score versus annual Customer Pulse

c) to support new customer on-boarding including set up of logistics terms

Do you have what it takes?

• Validated experience working in CPG/ FMCG/Toy/Luxury/Sports & Apparel industry
• Demonstrates good understanding of E2E supply chain operations from factory to customer shelves
• Proven track-record in proactively driving outcomes, team collaboration, communicating effectively with collaborators, and influencing skills
• Demonstrated examples in leading continuous improvement projects, good knowledge on logistics cost drivers, and experienced in managing trade-offs within the value chain
• Experienced in project management and exposed to managing a diverse set of collaborator groups
• Ability to work with a remote functional team and ability to thrive in a diverse, multi-cultural organization sitting across different geographies, cultures, and time zones
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and take judgment calls
• Proficiency in Korean language will be needed in the role to support the KR business
• Previous working experience in Toy industry or functional experience working for Sales, Customer Service, and/or Customer Development work
• Previous experience using SAP and other advanced features/tools from Microsoft like power BI
• Experience in Agile project management methodology will be valuable
• Multi-lingual skills (English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese) will be a big plus
