Job Description

• Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
• Able to efficiently respond to customer any e-mail or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
• must liaise between other internal departments or Vendors and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs and time restraints.

Qualification / Requirement

Customer Support Executive

Requirements

• Diploma with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in business-to-business sales or sales support
• Prior experience in spare parts sales in aviation industry will be advantageous
• Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Manage customers' orders and enquiries and follow through to order fulfilment
• Handle customers' enquiries on spare parts
• Assist Sales Manager on tender/ program/ contract
• Prepare quotations and follow-up with customers on order status
• Monitor orders and liaise with QA, Logistics and Technical Departments to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Process sales order using SAP system
• Address customers' concerns and maximize customer satisfaction
• Provide customers with after-sales support
