Salary up to S$4,500

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day L2 support for Java/Web-based applications.
• Coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities.
• Manage new application releases following best release management practices.
• Collaborate with teams (Infrastructure, Vendors, Security, etc.) to ensure seamless business support.
• Respond to production issues in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Improve support processes to maintain service quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in an L2 application support role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong in Linux, Unix Shell Scripting, SQL (MySQL/MSSQL), and OpenShift/Docker.
• Familiarity with AngularJS, ActiveMQ, Elastic Search, application monitoring tools, CI/CD, Python, and microservices.
• Experience in application implementation within financial institutions is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to conduct impact analysis methodically.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure independently.
