RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a small team of Service Engineers in the provisioin of comprehensive range of technical after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair plus preventive maintenance plans for laboratory/ hospital infrastructures or research/ analytical equipment in the medical imaging industry;
• Provide technical consultation to customers;
• Respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline;
• Prepare service reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of relevant technical work experience in service/ maintenance;
• Possess people management and technical experience in similar industry;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Charismatic leader with ability to work independently and as a team player;
• Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen;
• Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage

Our client is a Singapore based Scientific and Medical devices provider with presence in Southeast Asia region. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Technical Service Engineer to join their Engineering Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the South area – easily accessible.

Duties of Technical Service Engineer:

• Provide after-sales technical support for equipment installation and maintenance.
• Offer technical guidance and consultation to customers.
• Address and troubleshoot customer issues, ensuring timely solutions.
• Document service activities and prepare detailed reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum NiTEC in ELectrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 2 - 3 years experience in servicing Life Science Medical Devices
• Possess own transport
