In this position as an Reinsurance Support Specialist, you will be expected to support the treaty reinsurance business units and provide pre-bind/post-bind underwriting support across all business classes. You will be required to work with offices across the region and ensure alignment on working practice and complying with the company's policies. You will manage logging of data including policy; premium; endorsement; submission, quote & renewal data onto the relevant System of Record and maintain any other defined databases for the Underwriters as required.

Referrals are received from the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) Child Protection Services to assist families and children identified as needing non-statutory services and support. We invite professionals to apply for the post of Play Therapist in HEART@Fei Yue Child Protection Specialist Centre. You have passion to support the recovery of children and pre-teens who have experienced abuse, neglect and/or family violence. You will work with child protection caseworkers, families and a clinical supervisor within a multi-disciplinary setting to provide play therapy services to these children between 3 to 12 years old.

Responsibilities:

• Provide play therapy for children and pre-teens presenting with behavioural and emotional difficulties due to attachment injury, trauma, losses, adjustment.
• Work with caregivers to equip them with knowledge and skills to support children coping with emotional stress or trauma, to encourage and support them to provide a safe and nurturing environment for their children.
• Conduct parent-child sessions to enhance recovery.
• Maintain play therapy rooms and materials.
• Document therapy sessions, progress, reviews and provide regular updates to caseworkers.

Requirements:

• A recognised Play Therapy certification, in addition to a degree in social work, counselling, early childhood care and education, psychology or related field from an accredited institution.

• Have minimally one year of experience working with vulnerable children and families, including play therapy services.
