• To follow up with call-back to students who have pending documents to submit their information
• To sight original NRIC and verify customer’s signature on the applications/documents before submission to Card Operation

2. Assist Product Managers (PM) in the day-to-day management of unsecured lending products e.g. campaign management, rewards fulfilment, monitoring of acquisition performance

• Execute and manage marketing campaigns including end-to-end fulfilment and post-campaign analysis to drive unsecured lending products take-up
• Support deviation approvals with checking on customer details on late fees and charges to verify accuracy of information from our loan system before submitting to PM with recommendation.
• Provide regulatory business reports tracking for product and campaign performance
• Prepare and manage invoices for submission and payments to vendors

3. Other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
