You are responsible to support the Dialysis Centre to deliver holistic care by assisting in all aspects of the management to achieve maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness in the facility while maintaining a safe environment that is supportive of optimal patient care. Administrative Responsibilities

• Record and update all the patient’s relevant medical history and related data and ensures to maintain confidentiality of information

Job Description

• Ensure customer satisfaction and promote positive branch activities.
• Identify sales opportunities in the local market.
• Support part-time and full-time program enrollment.
• Manage the student lifecycle from admission to graduation.
• Oversee the deployment of teachers and maintain high levels of quality assurance.

Requirements:

What is your mission?

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Handle phone call enquiries of current and prospective members in respect to Airline industry programme.
• Provide accurate and efficient processing of reservations or support work relating to mileage redemption, issuing of tickets and effecting changes to schedules.
• Maintain member accounts whenever there are changes in their profiles.
• Advise on latest promotions and mechanics including send programme related collaterals and forms.
• Manages feedback/ complaints and liaise with backend support to resolve members’ issues.
• Meet daily KPI requirement.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a GCE ‘O’ levels in any field.
• Preferably with 1 year of working experience in contact centre is ideal for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong time management skills and amenable to work rotating shifts.
• Exposure to strong customer-orientated environment is an added advantage.
• Possess strong analytical skills to identify cause of problems & recommend solutions.
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.

The Trainee Infant Care Teacher scheme is place-and-train programme designed to immerse you in the infant care environment. Through a combination of classroom training and workplace attachment, you will be provided real time feedback and peer support for your optimal learning.

As a Trainee Infant Care Teacher, you will be focusing on looking after infants from 2 to 18 months by creating a safe and conducive learning environment for infants.

You will be enrolled for the WSQ (HCIC) course that specialize in the learning and development of children aged 2 to 18th month

Upon graduation, you will be awarded the HCIC certificate and deployed as an Infant Care Teacher teaching infants aged 2 to 18 months. A 1-year bond is applicable.

Requirements:

• Completed at least Secondary 4 education or 10 years of formal education
• Possess at least a C6 in English 'O' level or a score of an average SOA 5 in the Workplace Literacy Series (WPL), including level 5 for WPL (Written)
• Enjoys working with infants from 2 to 18 months, and comfortable with performing routine care duties for infants
• Age 21 years old and above at the point of application
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work rotating day shifts and on one Saturday every 4 weeks
