Supervisor

• Salary: S$4,000
• Work duration: Immediate till end of Dec 2024 (Renewable depending on performance and project)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Customer Experience Officers to achieve KPI
• Respond to survey enquiries via inbound calls and emails
• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls
• Reach out to the respondents to assist them to complete the survey
• Organize workflow and ensure that officers understand their duties and delegated tasks
• Set goals for KPI and deadlines in accordance to the project timeline to ensure project’s success
• Provide fair, constructive, and timely feedback towards performance expectations and goals
• Manage escalated cases and maintain public relations including any complaints
• Provide assistance, guidance, and coaching support to officers to meet KPI
• Assess work performance of officers and identify areas that need improvement
• Monitor and provide project status report to manager
• Ensure officers understand the survey objectives
• Ensure officers compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
• Ensure officers conduct verification to ensure completeness and accuracy of data collected
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline

Job Requirements:

We are looking to hire a Project Manager to drive Data Center / Infrastructure projects for our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Data Center / Infrastructure related projects, including implementation, migration, and upgrading.
• Focus on Project Management initiatives in Asia Pacific with an emphasis on:
• Technology systems infrastructure deployments / upgrades
• Understand the purpose of each application or infrastructure.
• Define resource requirements.
• Facilitate meetings among all stakeholders/ vendors regularly and produce status update reports periodically.
• Provide forecast costing for initiatives and maintain the budget throughout the project along with requisite administrative tasks.
• Support project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively.
• To deliver high visibility projects

Requirements

• Past project management experience in managing large scale projects for technology infrastructure services (such as datacenter / networking) in the banking / financial domain.
• Experience in managing project budgets with good understanding of P&L, Cash Flow forecasting and resource cost management.
• Possess past hands-on infrastructure experience such as server building, cabling, procurement, network switching, firewall configuration, racking, etc.
• Able to assess infrastructure requirements dependencies, constraints, and migration strategies working with the various technology SME’s.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders with good communication skills.
• Vendor Relationship Management experience
• Formal project management training or certifications is a plus
