• Prepare and handle complete shipping documentation for efficient turnaround, shipment processing, contract allocation, and vessel nomination.
• Coordinate shipments with suppliers, buyers, shipbrokers, ship owners/agents, surveyors, insurers, etc., ensuring smooth loading and delivery.
• Liaise with banks for opening Letters of Credit, clean negotiations, and collection documentation.
• Track shipping claims, demurrage/despatch, receivables, payables, and aged client accounts.

Job Description (JD) for Imaging Centre Specialist would include the following roles and responsibilities

1. Scanning : The primary role involves converting physical documents into a digital format.
2. Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality of the digitised content. This could involve checking the resolution, ensuring the colours are accurate, and making sure that the digital file is a true representation of the original.
3. File Management: Once the document has been scanned, it needs to be properly stored and organised back to its original physical file.
4. Indexing – Naming files in a consistent manner based on project requirement, organising files into appropriate folders digitally and ensuring files are uploaded.
5. Software Proficiency: Applicant should have simple knowledge on computer usage as various software tools will be used in the scanning process. Training will be provided to learn the software
   • Software use will include image editing software, document management systems for uploading of images after scanning or uploading of images to client’s portal.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage infrastructure systems, applications, and network equipment (e.g., Active Directory, data centers, firewalls, VPN, video conferencing).
• Oversee desktops, mobile, and remote devices.
• Ensure automated backups, disaster recovery processes, and system patches, with close monitoring of resource usage.
