• Address Regulatory Issues: Attend to issues related to the sales and distribution of regulated products, compliance with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 13485), local and regional regulations, GDPMDS standards, and company SOPs.
• Meticulous Book keeping and Documentation: Maintain current product licenses and registration documents, and support audits to ensure proper bookkeeping and compliance.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM/Bio-medical education or relevant fields
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience in Quality Assurance / Regulatory Affairs in structured medical device environments
• Good knowledge in ISO 13485, HSA Regulations, and regional medical device regulations
• Tactical mindset and strong problem solving skills

You will be part of the data science research team within the institute. You are responsible for big research data between the programme/ project platform and other data sources/repositories, while ensuring quality assurance of imported data. You will be involved in commissioning and decommissioning of data sets and support initiatives for data integrity, normalisation and standardisation. The Department of Cardiac Radiology provides the patients of NHCS with diagnostic radiological imaging services and invasive cardiology procedure imaging services. Diagnostic radiological imaging includes general radiography, mobile radiography and CT scans. The CT team provides specialised Cardiac Scans for diagnostic, pre-procedural and surgical planning.

As part of the invasive cardiac angiography team, you will assist in procedures such as Coronary Angiography and Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA) at the Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory and Hybrid Operating Theatre.

As a radiographer in Cardiac Radiology, you might be required to perform afternoon shift work as well as be on-call for emergency cases on a rotational basis. You might also participate in patient feedback, as well as quality management initiatives and programmes.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography from a recognised institution
• Candidates with at least 2-3 years' in relevant experience will have an advantage

The Job

You will provide prompt and quality front-line services to patients. Your role will involve registration and scheduling appointments for patients and collecting of payments from patients. You will also assist nursing and clinical staff with patients related activities and provide clerical support to the department.
