• In charge for receptionist (pick-up call, order stationeries/pantry stuffs)

• Other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned

FOR FINANCE:

- Purchase Invoice accounting, payment to supplier

- Custodian of Cash and Bank Payments and Bank Reconciliation

- Other tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

- Diploma in Accountancy/Business Administration

- Minimum 1 to 2 years accounting experience in financial accounting/HR

- A team player who is self-motivated

• provides support to the accounting department by handling general accounting tasks on a daily basis.
• include preparing financial statements, issuing receipts and invoices and updating the financial database.
