Our SAP Concur Customer Success organization serves as a focal point for our customers to achieve success with Concur. As a CSP Advisor, you will be responsible for a portfolio of Customers by developing long term relationships, measured through revenue growth, retention and advocacy. The HRPC is a first-of-its-kind research centre, established at the NUS, to spearhead and conduct research and development to better enable the future challenges arising from rising ambient heat. Appointments will be made on a two-year contract basis, with the possibility of extension.

The Research Assistant/Associate who will play a key role in assisting in the development, execution and analysis of research aimed at addressing the challenges of training and operating in rising ambient temperatures. The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary group comprising exercise and thermal physiologists, data scientists, biomedical engineers and researchers. This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to not only develop your expertise in research planning and execution, but also to be a part of the team looking to generate fundamental and forward-looking solutions to working in the heat. There are also opportunities to pursue a part-time PhD with HRPC.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service and management at all times.
• Proactively assist in offering information and alternatives to help customers including up-selling menu items and daily specials.

Café Operation

• Assist in performing opening and closing shift duties whenever required with appropriate supervision.
• Perform operational duties which include barista duties, order taking, serving, clearing garbage, and general cleaning within the outlet.
• Responsible for stock positioning, shelf life, and monitoring of stock level (food display, beverages, perishable & non-inventory items).
• Perform cashiering duties on POS system and ensure orders are entered accurately for kitchen processing.
• Assist in ensuring that all menu offerings are in stock, check on customers’ orders, and provide recommendations for food/beverage menu.
• Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at all times.
