Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations and Support Executive at Giftano in Singapore. This role focuses on ensuring smooth operational processes, assisting with customer service, and providing administrative support.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively.
Main Tasks
Operations Management:
- Monitor daily operational activities to ensure they are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Planning, coordinating and managing consumers order fulfillment and handling their enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
- Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of required stock without overstocking.
- Ensure proper documentation of inventory, including stock counts and order records.
Team Coordination and Support:
- Coordinate with different departments (e.g. sales, marketing) to ensure seamless workflow and operational alignment and to address consumers’ issues.
- Provide support in any other administrative tasks in other departments as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant software.
· Computer savvy and digital native
· Attentive and always ready to learn from your experienced managers
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
