Responsibilities

• Carry out the daily operational duties and supervise residents in their regular activities
• Assist residents with any difficulties related to day-to-day issues at Dayspring Residential Treatment Centre and ensure their welfare and safety
• Promote discipline among the residents and be a mentor/role model to them
• Assess, respond and handle crises or conflicts
• Carry out individual therapeutic interventions based on care plans by treatment team
• Participate in providing physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, and social needs of residents

Requirement

Youth Mentors are required to work with young beneficiaries with complex trauma

• With basic processing and counselling skills

Job Scope of Dealer & Middle Office Support

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Securities Dealing in respect of fund management activity of the Company
• Execution of trades in global markets via Bloomberg AIM with accurate placement on behalf of Investment Managers
• Perform pre-trade compliance check, detect irregularities and facilitate exception handling in Bloomberg System
• Maintain proper records for orders placed with brokers and the stocks bought under various funds managed / advised
• Adhere to all the regulatory compliance requirements of CMS License holder to the extent it is relevant to fund management
• Establish/maintain relationships with the select brokerage houses and try to derive the best research inputs for the active management of the funds
• Dealing-coordinating with back office for trade settlement, custodian, N.A.V, Accounts thereof & assist with middle office operations
• Preparation of compliance reports and other MIS reports with respect to the dealing function
• Preparation of monthly fund reports / performance analysis on the funds managed by the Company

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree

• CMFAS Module 3 (M3) - Rules & Regulations for Fund Management

• Detail oriented and able to multi-task, able to work under stress & tight timelines
