Job Scope:

• Responsible for overseeing Import/Export Documentation and Processes.
• Managing shipping documentation, including Import, LC, Bill of Lading, and FTA Agreement.
• Offering customer support for shipments, advising on country-specific rules and regulations, providing after-sales support, and following up with clients until the transaction is completed.
• Handling customer inquiries or complaints.
• Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all necessary information and documentation to clients, agents, sea companies, and forwarders.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with agents and shipping companies.
• Managing container inventory control, maintenance, and repairs.
• Compiling and comparing rates from various carriers.
• Participating in other company projects and assigned duties.
• Performing other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
