• Position: Sales Support/Coordinator (Construction/Engineering) - Up to $3800 + AWS
• Location: Lower Delta Road (2 Bus Stops from Tiong Bahru MRT)
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 8:30am to 5:30pm AND 1 Half Day Saturday per month
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + AWS + Medical Benefits + 7 Days Annual Leave (10 Days on 2nd year and 14 Days on 3rd year)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and do follow up with customers

Teacher for Children with Special Needs, is responsible for providing support and specialized care to students with various disabilities, including physical, cognitive, emotional, or developmental impairments. They work to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that facilitates the social, emotional, and educational development of these students.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Individualized Instruction: Develop and implement customized lesson plans and teaching strategies to address the unique needs and abilities of each student which include helping students to complete homework, learn spelling and etc.
2. Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly. Maintain detailed records of student development.
3. Behavior Management: Manage and address challenging behaviors using positive behavior support techniques, therapeutic interventions, and individualized behavior plans.
4. Personal Care: Assist students with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility support, as needed.
5. Communication: Facilitate effective communication and social interaction among students, encouraging peer engagement and language development.
6. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other special education professionals, therapists, parents, and school staff to create a supportive network for students.
7. Safety and Health: Ensure the safety and well-being of students, monitoring their health and administering medication when necessary
8. Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in special education and attend training to improve teaching skills and knowledge of specific disabilities.

Requirements:

1. Education: Min 'O' level
2. Certification: Certification in special education or a relevant teaching certification is required.
3. Experience: Previous experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable. This can include student teaching, internships, or work in related fields.
4. Patience and Empathy: Ability to connect with and understand the needs of students with special needs. Patience and empathy are essential traits.
5. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate with students, parents, and other professionals.
6. Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust teaching methods and approaches based on individual student needs and progress.

• Position : Customer Service Executive (Logistic/Incoterms/Shipping)
• Location : Bukit Merah (Few bus stops from Tiong Bahru MRT)
• Working hours : 5 days (Monday-Friday office hours),
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4200 + AWS +Bonus + Mobile + 14 days Annual leave
• Duration :Permanent
• Industry : Logistics/Freight - MNC

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for facilitating and managing activities involving sea export, sea import, warehousing & trucking.
• Create bookings in Company’s proprietary freight forwarding system and job files
• Handle full set of import and export shipments and shipping documents such as Bill of Lading,
• Delivery Order, Permit Declaration, Notice of Arrival etc
• Monitoring pre-alert documents from Origin offices or sales support (sea import only)
• Track and monitor vessel arrivals / departures and update customers if any deviations.
• Handle all customers & enquiries timely and effectively.
• Sourcing for rates from service providers as per the sale/customer's enquiry.
• Coordinate with business partners on Sales lead from the origin or the destination.
• Provide comprehensive service to all aspects of customer & requirement/problem solutions to handle their shipments.
• Preparing of invoices for customers' checking about subcontractor’s invoices preparing of reports for internal & external customer.
• Ensure compliance with customer & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Preparing SOP for our internal use.
• Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, depot, trucking, insurance, customs clearance etc based on shipment requirements
• All other ad-hoc work instructions from Managing Director or Manager

Requirement:

• Familiar with incoterms, custom requirements, import and export procedures.
• Minimum 2 - 5 years working experience in Freight Forwarding.
• Diploma in Freight Forwarding / Logistics is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
