Job Responsibilities
A) Front line counter role
• Registration for patient & Appointment booking
• Advice patients on the applications available in the inhouse app
• Handle customer enquiries (patient / family members) - such as appointments, payment, co-ordination of services, etc. via email or phone as required.
• Cashiering duties
B) Rotation in the individual consultation room
• Provide chaperone assistance and assist in simple clinic procedures in the consultation room
• Assist doctors during the review consultation – Customer service / Appointment booking
• Handle customer enquiries (patient / family members)
• Backend support duties, assist in the clerical and data entry
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisors
