About the role

This role exists to provide Logistics, Training and Compliance management for bpMS sea staff and line management of the logistics team. This includes recruitment, training and development, employee relations, chairmanship of the ‘Training Working Group’, and compliance with the relevant laws. Hourly Rates:

$15/hr (Degree Holders)

$13/hr (If still in the midst of completing degree studies ie. Taking a gap year)

Location: HarbourFront (Mon - Tue > WFH, Wed - Fri > Office)

Job Description:

• Oversee and plan project demands
• Collaborate closely with programme team and vendors to oversee and support the following aspects of the study:
• Recruitment process (i.e., selection, scheduling, enrollment and onboarding of new participants)
• Daily study administrative processes
• Engagement of participants and supporting the Cohort Management team in dealing with participants complaints and queries.

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporean might apply
• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Oversee research projects in collaboration with a team of experts in teaching and learning at the organisation Centre
• Support all phases of quantitative and qualitative research including literature review, research design, data collection, data management, data analysis, and report writing
• Liaise with faculty and university stakeholders
• Provide other assistance related to projects initiated by the Centre

What you'll need to succeed

• Masters in education or social sciences will be advantageous
• Applicants with significant research experience without Masters degrees are welcome to apply
• Competency and comfort with advanced statistics (such as multiple regression analysis, ANOVA and factor analysis) and qualitative methods
• Highly motivated to work in a university setting and strong interest in education research
• Competency in the use of Microsoft Office, SPSS, NVivo and survey tools, such as Qualtrics
