• Be involved in organizing L&D programs, redesigning of learning curriculums to build competence frameworks, overseeing the execution of the programs etc
• Work with external institutions (eg. NTU, NUS, ITE ) on learning collaboration opportunities
• Be involved in strategic L&D initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree qualified with min 8 to 10 years of L&D experience
• Prior L&D experience gained with a corporate university/learning academy is very beneficial
• Possess strong communication, presentation & facilitation skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization
• Possess prior leadership/supervisory experience (highly preferred)
• Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office
• Flexible and adaptable
• Open to being based in the Western location of Singapore
