Job Description

• Communicate with manager to identify training needs for different category of cleaners.
• Schedule ongoing WSQ training for workers who have completed 3 months of employment in according to NEA/job requirements
• Source for training providers and register employees for courses
• Communicate training details to the Manager/Supervisor and ensure they attend the mandatory training
• Ensure all employees must have Singpass for taking e-attendance prior to attending training.
• Check with training provider on attendance and ensure trainees who are absent will attend reschedule training
• Work closely with training provider to update attendance after every course attended.
• Ensure all cleaners are 100% trained 3 months before expiry of cleaning licence.
• Register employees for training subsidies
• Monitor training grants
• Manage and update training information in EPE.
• Visit sites to help employees retrieve training certificates using their Singpass and update their certification in EPE.
