Responsibilities:

• To conduct research how to use advanced multi-agent AI and machine learning tools to decarbonize urban last mile delivery such that it operates in a smart and sustainable manner;
• To develop novel sharing AI and economy mechanisms such as informational regulation policies for enabling sustainable urban transportation; and
• To develop suitable experiments and realistic case studies to test and support the proposed solutions in large scale or complex networks.

Requirements:

• PhD in Control Science & Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Applied Mathematics;
• Strong publication records in top conferences or journals in AI, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Networking, Experiments, and system optimization;

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Training and Recruitment Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, training program development, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in insurance sales, particularly within a Call Center environment, is highly preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.

· Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

· Utilize exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to interact effectively with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders.

· Apply expertise in insurance sales to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service within a Call Center environment.

Qualifications and Experience

· Proven experience in recruitment, demonstrating proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

· Prior experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs is preferred.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen ability to negotiate effectively.

· Background in insurance sales, ideally within a Call Center environment.

Job Description

• Work with sector Business Partners to provide trainings for clients on products and services, and thus help boost turnover of the salon, through improved use of technical products and services and better sell out of retail products
• Visit and train customers to develop their technical skills and product knowledge, working closely with Business Partners.
