Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Training and Recruitment Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, training program development, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in insurance sales, particularly within a Call Center environment, is highly preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.
· Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
· Utilize exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to interact effectively with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders.
· Apply expertise in insurance sales to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service within a Call Center environment.
Qualifications and Experience
· Proven experience in recruitment, demonstrating proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
· Prior experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs is preferred.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen ability to negotiate effectively.
· Background in insurance sales, ideally within a Call Center environment.
