My client is in the luxury retail industry and they are hiring a Training Manager.
Job Description -
Training:
· Identify training gaps for development and implementation of annual training plans in accordance with Company’s vision and directives
· Curate, develop and maintain coaching materials based on the commercial directives and training plans
· Conduct in-house programs and active coaching to identified stakeholders
· Develop evaluation/feedback tools to measure the effectiveness of training conducted and prepare action plans based on data collected
· On-site visits to observe purchase behaviour and client interactions to identify gaps
Reports:
· Generate and analyse training report where required
· Management of training calendar, working with relevant departments and entities
· Plan and monitor training budget & resource optimization
· Maintain training and attendance records
Research:
· Gather information for training materials and subjects for Brand training needs
Job Requirements:
· Possess at least 5 years of experience in luxury retail as a Trainer
· Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Preferably ACTA/ACLP or DACE certified
· Competent in content curation and development, with knowledge in various training methodologies
· Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of Company information
· Available to travel 50% of the time within SEA & Australia
