EOS invites applications for Research Fellow position in volcano infrasound research relating to eruption detection and characterisation. The main focus on this project revolves around regional infrasound detection and identification of volcanic activity. This involves an IMS like infrasound array in Singapore, along with the expansion of infrasound infrastructure within SE Asia. This project requires data acquisition from regional aviation alert to process subsequent infrasound analysis for event characterisation. The Future Ready Food Safety Hub (FRESH) serves as Singapore’s lead scientific platform under the Singapore Food Story R&D Programme, to bring together researchers, regulators and industry to build up Singapore’s food safety science and R&D capabilities to secure Singapore’s food supply and economic value proposition.
